Daily Practice

The daily meditation practice consists of six parts which are outlined below:
1) Incense Offering
2) Deep Bowing
3) Sitting Meditation (30 minutes)
4) Sutra Opening Verse
5) The Heart of the Prajnaparamita Sutra
6) Taking Self-Refuge
7) Dedication of Merit

The requirements for daily practice are:
1) A shrine or altar
2) An incense holder, incense, matches
3) A mat and a cushion or meditation chair
4) A bell, best with a clear sound
